What can I delegate to Hillcrest Events?

The worry that all the details will be attended to, including:

  • Selecting a registration tool to manage digital registration (there are many on the market)

  • Deciding what type of check in system is needed – digital, name badges, wristbands

  • Ordering registration supplies needed and onsite delivery

  • Creating & sending of digital invitations

  • Managing RSVP’s, including reminders to those that haven’t replied and details to confirmed guests

  • Hiring experienced registration event staff

  • Creating legal documents such as Service Provider Contracts for casual staff

How do I know I can trust Hillcrest Events with my event?

What is the process?  How far in advance do I need to book?

  • Arrange a 15 minute phone consult or a longer face to face consult to ensure we are on the same page

  • Hillcrest Events will provide a cost estimate

  • Smaller events can be managed in 6 – 8 weeks

  • Most corporate events are best booked 4 – 6 months in advance

  • Calgary Stampede dates are best locked in 6 – 8 months in advance

  • If you want to move ahead with Hillcrest Events – a $500 deposit will hold a date

  • Start the process of dreaming about the event vision, building a budget, working out a critical path to get to event day from here
